I have had this PO Box for 8 years now. I am sitting in my car and it's 9:42am and the doors are not unlocked. I had this same problem Friday. This problem has occurred numerous of times throughout the years and I have come to not having patience anymore. I pay for a box that I should have access to during the hours of the lobby and I can not check my mail. It's an inconvenience for myself and everyone. I have watched over 20 people come here today alone. People are catching lyfts and ubers here and wasting money. I'm listening to people complain and one individual state that this is not unusual. Very sad. Nothing has been done. You get our money for the postal boxes and we don't get any solutions or anything. I don't want to change my PO Box location but I am going to have to because this is ridiculous. If you can't render service the least someone can do is open these doors so that we can check our postal box. Update: I came back and it's now 11:10am and the facility is still not open. People are still coming. Doors are locked.

Me and a few other cars waited for about 20 minutes at opening time on a weekday and they just flat out didn’t open. Had to go to a different location

If I could give it no stars I would. It's dirty on the inside and smells just as disgusting as the building and employees look. the employees are unkempt, untrained and unprofessional. This location have no tape for packages (to purchase or to use), instead saying go to Walgreens or Publix for tape, and they lack basic elementary customer service skills. I can bet my bottom dollar that if it wasn't located in the Metro the behavior and presentation would be wholly unacceptable. Never again.

Showed up at 9:25 on a Monday and was stuck with a handful of other customers waiting in our cars as no one opened the location with no explanation posted… clearly reviews don’t matter given the plethora of bad reviews here and lack of improvement

I wish I saw the reviews prior to doing business here. I believe the same older black woman with a bad horrible attitude sold me a PO Box on 1/5/26. She told me it would take a week to change it - that was strange and not the norm. I went to check my mail on 1/27/26 and the lock wasn’t changed. The young white guy working the desk refused to give me my mail- sent me on a wild goose chase to another location to complain to a manager- they called someone, had me go back over to the original location, supervisor met me there and handed me my mail. Apologized and I asked to please have my lock changed w/ in the next 24 hours. I came back 2 days later and the woman who originally sold it to me was there. She still hadn’t changed the lock- were going on 30 days now. I then had no choice but to place a complaint against the location. If I knew then what I know now, never would have gone to that location. I try to give grace as I know the USPS workers are wore out and worn down but that was 100% gross negligence, inexcusable.
