This location is never open during its normal operational hours. I’ve visited several Saturdays before 1pm and it’s not open nor is there a sign with further guidance on which post office to go for assistance.

The employees at this location are very unprofessional. They always find a reason not to process a package that is shipped and ready to go. You’re never greeted with a smile always a frown. It always seems as though you’re taking up their time as though they have better things to do. I wish there was a location closer so I could avoid this one at all costs.

Best option in the Midtown Area. I wish these employees could train the ones on Juniper Street! Fast and efficient even during holidays, and open Saturdays.

This post office needs a complete makeover, starting with firing the older woman who "works" there. She is always rude. I went in today at 3:30pm only to be told "we're closed" with no further explanation. I went back and looked at the door to make sure they were still open and sure enough it said 5pm. I then walked back in and asked if she said they were closed and she rudely said, "that's what I said". There were 4 people with packages in line and 2 others walked in so I asked is there a reason you're closed when you should be open? Her response left me speechless, she yelled across the office " oh I didn't know I owed you an explanation, but yes I'm closed. I haven't ate lunch. I need to use the bathroom. I haven't had a break. I don't know where this other person is. I have packages to mail." What? I don't know what this lady's deal is but she should not be employed at USPS. It's not our problem the office is mismanaged or that this person is so unhappy at her job, but regardless it shouldn't be at our expense. Go anywhere but here.
