I can’t speak for all the employees that work here but there is a young, petite, black female who is rude beyond measure. Me along with 3 other people arrived around the same time and were initially ignored. Then met with attitude from the young lady. We walked in the building and a man who seemed to work there was speaking with a gentleman in a wheelchair. We all walked up to the service desk and waited. The first patron tapped the assistance bell and after 3 minutes of no answer she walked around to the first desk she saw. There sat the woman described above. All she replied to the patron was to wait in line and someone will be with her. After standing in the line for another 5 minutes I went to the same desk only to ask the woman if we were standing in the correct spot since no one came to help yet. She glared at me for about 2 minutes on and off with her air pods in her ears, WHILE ON HER PERSONAL PHONE like she was waiting for me to leave. She final said “ you have to wait at the front”. I asked her if this was the correct place and she said with a flat tone “ yea”. I went back to the line and waited for about 10 more minutes before anyone came to assist us. By the time someone came 4 more people joined the line. If you know another place to handle any passport needs please let me know and avoid this one.

Please be aware if you come here for passport services - even though you made an appointment the system can shut down and appointments are not honored. I understand technology will fail but the efficiency of this location is awful. They only had 1 window available for a while then they opened 3 stations.
On a positive note the staff is very friendly, patient and helpful.

**5 stars for ROBIN! - The overall experience was -1 stars. There was another lady there who was so incredibly rude to people, several walked out after being treated poorly. The rude lady gave me a ticket without asking if I had an appointment (which I did).I sat for 45 minutes waiting for the walk-in side, when I could have been in and out if she asked if I had an appointment. Robin fit me in immediately once I let her know and I was on my way. Robin, thank you!
