- JRJ RossJun 5, 20241.0Don't expect your appointment to mean anything here. They just say they're not taking them and treating everyone as walk-ins. So expect to be here for hours if you're not first in line when opening. I was 6th in line and waited over 1.5hrs. There's 8 service stations but had 1 person working and servicing 30+ people by 9:30am. Recommend bring first in line or be prepared to write off your morning or even worse...day! In no way is this an efficient process. Their only saving grace is how patient and sweet Robin is.
