First and last time at this location. They overprice you and charge you for everything. I may have been changed a breathing fee. RIDICULOUS. I needed two label printed and was charged a computer fee for a computer I never used. They also charge you to print which is understandable, but a computer fee???? Give me a break. Also, the guy tried to tell me to use a medium size mailer to return a watch when there was a small option. Never ever ever going to this location again!!!!

Mailbox prices here have increased drastically over the years, supposedly to fund 24/7 access — which still hasn’t happened after three years. On top of high mailbox fees, there are charges for almost everything. I recently overheard a customer being charged $15 just because a package was delivered there by mistake, instead of it being returned to UPS for redelivery. At this point, the pricing no longer matches the service, and I’m considering switching to a local shipping center with more reasonable and transparent policies.Someone recommended Red Trinity Shipping in East Atlanta off of Flat Shoals. I paid them a visit and found out that their mailbox’s also have a 30316 Fulton County address, they offer virtual mail, and all of the other services that the UPS store offers but cheaper and longer hours. Family owned and they also give snacks and drinks to their customers. I’m not sure if I’ll renew my mailbox contract with the UPS store at Glenwood after visiting Red Trinity Shipping.

This location’s self service has not worked since it arrived. I ask every time why the location on Moreland has 2 working and they can’t get this one to work. Thank you for responding to my post and I’m glad you recognized me because I do come very often. I can appreciate you all we’re all available on this very rare occurrence which is what prompted me to ask why your self service has not worked since it arrived. I hope you all get it fixed soon.

Okay, so this location is a TOTAL scam. May want to get corporate involved. How are customers paying for shipping labels at home or getting an approved label from other merchants (Amazon, etc.) but then being forced to pay additional shipping fees when that is not required anywhere else???? STOP going here unless you enjoy giving money away. Especially during these times.

Please pay attention to the reviews about how this place price inflates. They absolutely will rip you off. I regret not trusting my gut when they told me the price. I asked several times while I was there why the price seemed higher than usual and was told it was due to a “variety of reasons”. It appears that the overall response to reviews here is that each independent UPS can set their own prices. This was not explained to me when I was there despite me asking several times why the price was so high. They were not transparent with me. I was completely ripped off. This place is nothing short of a scam. I will be submitting a formal complaint to UPS. They need to answer to why they are letting this place deliberately rip people off in their name. I don’t know who is writing the positive reviews on here. But this place is incredibly shady. I was charged $22 to ship a VERY small and light package. Was originally told it would be $34. The first thing my friend said when they received my package was “They charge you $22??!!”
