  This is consistently the worst UPS in Atlanta. The people who own this are rude not helpful and they have the most expensive rates for everything!! Go to Ponce or anywhere else

  Inara, she was absolutely awesome! She walked me through the whole process gave me plenty of shipping options and was very polite. She was also very careful to check the information. I’m very pleased with my experience at the Glenwood store because of her.

  This UPS sucks. The owner is clearly trying to extort as much money from people as possible. If you need to print a shipping label for a return here it is $3.50. For a single sheet of paper. Get real. Won’t support again.

  I want to take a moment to give a very special thank you to the entire team at this UPS Store location. As a Network Engineer, I frequently come in to drop off network equipment that needs to be shipped back and the minimum weight I usually bring in starts at 55 pounds. These aren’t small or light packages. Despite that, the team here never shows even the slightest bit of discomfort or annoyance. Every single visit, they greet me with genuine smiles and an eagerness to help. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive energy truly stand out. They handle heavy shipments with care, move quickly, and make the entire process seamless which is incredibly important in my line of work where timing matters. Customer service like this is rare. It’s consistent. It’s authentic. And it deserves recognition. Thank you to each and every team member at this store for your hard work, your attitude, and the way you treat your customers. You make a difference.

  I had a great experience at my local UPS, all thanks to Shivam. He helped me get my return sent out quickly and made sure I was using the best shipping option.
