- PPPippaNov 17, 20251.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Latino guy behind the counter is so rude. I asked for tape, he callously told me he had to charge me $3 to tape my box or I could buy tape for $6. I bought the tape after being forced to do so. He then scrolled on his phone for over 5 minutes while I literally struggled to tape my box close. Never asked to help me. Never offered any assistance. Was very nice to other customers, even helped someone behind me! This is THE WORSE UPS store I’VE EVER BEEN TO. He should be fired!

I was sending out a package for a patient and was told that if I did two day delivery it would be received on Friday (this shipped on Wednesday). It is Monday and I just got a call from the patient that they had not received their package. Made a call to this store and was told that 2 DA was not guaranteed so there is no chance of recouping the money that was spent for a service that was not received. The biggest aggravation is that I was told at the time I shipped that if I did the $50 service it would get there on Friday and if I paid the lesser option it was not guaranteed. I feel like the staff at this store is deceptive. Beware.
