This is a no-frills location. If you’re mailing something, expect the bare minimum interaction. They charge to print shipping labels, but the cost ($3 plus tax per page) isn’t clearly mentioned until after the service is provided. Their notary service fee is higher than at other locations. While I understand charging for labor and materials, the associates here simply do their job and nothing beyond that.

Watch out for greedy extra fees added by this franchise owner. Other UPS stores are better service and cheaper pricing.

RIP OFF!! I just went to use this location’s notary services and they charged me $20 for a one page notary service. I thought this was odd because I have used this service at plenty other UPS store locations before and it was only $2. I thought maybe UPS just changed their rates so I paid it. When I left, I called the Brookhaven location 2.5 miles away and they confirmed they only charge $2. Apparently the franchise owner of this location is only interested in ripping off their customers with extra nonsense fees. Hopefully they are at least passing this charge along to the person providing the notary services. Even a quick Google search suggests this fee should only be $2 at UPS locations: “In Georgia, the cost for a notarization at a UPS Store is typically the state-mandated fee of $2 per notarial act, though some individual stores may charge a higher service fee for their time and convenience.”

Negative 10 stars. I usually make all my Amazon returns at Whole Foods, and after today, I’m reminded exactly why. Whole Foods makes the process simple: you bring in your item, they scan the return code Amazon provides, and you’re done in seconds. No fees, no hassle, no confusion. My experience at this UPS store was the complete opposite. I came in with three separate boxes of blinds to return — nothing complicated. But instead of just scanning the labels like every other Amazon return center does, they immediately tried to turn a free service into a paid one. I was told that I needed extra labels, that I had to call Amazon, that I needed to package all the items together, and that I would need to purchase a box. It felt like every single step was designed to upsell or charge me for something completely unnecessary. This isn’t about “policy.” This is about taking a simple, free process and making it stressful, confusing, and expensive. It felt like they were looking for any reason to charge me, and honestly, it came across as swindling. I shouldn’t have to make phone calls, send labels to emails, or buy packaging for something Amazon already provides a return code for. The process is supposed to be easy, and everywhere else, it is. Instead, this experience completely stressed out my morning for absolutely no reason. I refused to be pressured into unnecessary charges and took all of my items straight to Whole Foods, where — surprise everything was handled quickly and for free, just like it’s supposed to be. I will not be returning to this UPS location again. If you’re returning Amazon items, do yourself a favor and skip UPS altogether. Whole Foods is faster, easier, and actually honors the free return service Amazon provides.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Latino guy behind the counter is so rude. I asked for tape, he callously told me he had to charge me $3 to tape my box or I could buy tape for $6. I bought the tape after being forced to do so. He then scrolled on his phone for over 5 minutes while I literally struggled to tape my box close. Never asked to help me. Never offered any assistance. Was very nice to other customers, even helped someone behind me! This is THE WORSE UPS store I’VE EVER BEEN TO. He should be fired!
