This location charges $5 to print a label. Lame. Other locations do not do this.

Sent out a mail using UPS ground. However, the tracking number is for USPS. No instruction given by the staff to track with USPS instead. Also charged more compared to USPS since it goes through UPS as third party and the staff is not transparent about it.
