- KPKen P1 day ago5.0I use this UPS Store on a regular basis, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. They consistently go out of their way to make every visit quick and easy. This is truly one of the most customer-focused locations I’ve ever been to.

Man behind the counter asked for $5 for tapping 2 small boxes as Amazon was not issuing 2 separate return labels and I was returning 2 quantity. I was told by the owner, " Amazon is not paying me enough to tape things for them". I reported this matter to Amazon. They assured to take action against the owner of this location. As per Amazon rep, all basic packing services are complimentary except boxes.
