  JR was extremely helpful in assisting me with my documentation. I’m not computer savvy and she went beyond what I expected to make sure I had everything correct in the system. She answered all of my questions and took her time explaining & assisting me. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her being there helping me. Thank you so much JR!

  Store says open at 9 and it’s 9:30 and store closed completely down!! Updated Review!! Still 1 star!! Visited again and Allen had the worse customer service and was very rude!! He tried the make me pay for a box to ship back to Amazon and it was not required on my end! The lady with braids was decent but she didn’t listen after asking me about my packaging and moving to fast not given me time to check my label and reply. And then chastising me about what I did and didn’t say because she didn’t listening and Allen to busy telling me I can’t drop my package off in the form it was without packaging but this UPS. If it needed y’all have it so why was that a statement coming from him!!! Allen Gray hair with head turned around. The lady with braids end up making the situation right at the end but she still trying to make me pay for box to until I let her read my Amazon drop off instructions.
