She said “well you can use the hand truck over there.” Why couldn’t she just open the door? Who knows. I went to get the hand truck and it fell on my shin leaving a bloody gash. No one asked if I was ok. When I returned with my large package no thanks to Brenda- i told her what happened to my leg less than 6 feet from her and she then said well someone must not have latched the hand truck and asked if I was ok. I said not really I have a hurt leg now and all I wanted was for you to open the door for me. No response from Brenda. I will never return here service has always been terrible.
