- ANAnn Nguyen4 days ago1.0This place seems to get good reviews if things go fine for the customers, but when they need to remedy a situation on an international package that their staff messed up on the customs paperwork, the manager is non-existent and the assistant manager got upset "for me" but what just aggressive and short with me even 3 months later. I've gone through 4 hour long waits and multiple emails to corporate and to the manager with little to no response besides the automated ones from the corporate email address. I would be overly thorough if you plan to ship international from this franchised location because they don't have any direct connection apparently to corporate, yet the money they charged me has to be returned from corporate? Make it make sense.

The staff provides beyond, over the top service, attention, care and kindness. They are proactive — I was standing in line once and one of the staff members saw that I already had a labeled box. He went out of his way to show me how to use the scanner so I didn’t have to wait. They observe their customers and handle them (and their packages!) with care. Also, every single one of them (I live across the street and go often!) is so kind - I always leave the store smiling because they are nice, efficient and understand customer service. Thank you all for doing what most custom service people should be doing (but often don’t).
