  This location refuses all couriered letters and post for box holders. If you need to get anything to a box holder, you MUST use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All other means of delivering post are fully refused in whole, no if's and or but's about it. We were not rejected by some untrained employee. The gentleman that refused to accept my post claimed to be the store manager.

  My store is at the West Paces Ferry location—first time shipping two oversized packages. Eric made me feel relieved. My second oversized package experience was shipping food 3 days before Thanksgiving. Joe assured me it will be delivered on Wednesday. I spoke with my family, and it was delivered in Texas as he stated. The associates at this location are kind and helpful. Great Customer Service!!!!

  I always have a terrific experience with this UPS store and it is directly related to the staff. Finn has helped me with packages multiple times and is efficient, kind and professional. He is always one step ahead and is a hard worker. Kaleel has also been a huge help. He knew I was waiting for a specific package and took the time to call me when it arrived. He is kind, professional and quick to solve any problem I may have with shipments.

  I came to do an Amazon return and Cori was very helpful. I didn't have the right packaging and she directed me to it and helped me out. Thanks for the great customer service!

  Do not return AT&T equipment here. I dropped off my router in April; now in October, I have been charged a non-return fee and sent to collections by AT&T (despite having acknowledged the router is still in the custody of UPS)
