You only find out once they’ve packed your stuff and then they refuse to unpack it once you see the price. Highly recommend to not come here or else you will get swindled.

They sent a package to me in October but didn’t bother to communicate the tracking number until days after the package was supposedly delivered in November. I say supposedly because the critical package has been lost or stolen. All of this could have been avoided if the people working there would SIMPLY RESPOND TO EMAIL OR JUST ANSWER THE PHONE, but they don’t. It took 4 days to get a response and only after I sent additional emails. WORST UPS STORE EVER!
