When she finally asked me what I needed, they tell me they can't service me because they can't print on avery label paper. Wasted my time because they lack basic customer service skills. But the kicker is a lady walked in after me and she acknowledged her right away and tried tobhelp her immediately. Used to come to this UPS alot but the service sucks and I'll be contacting the branch manager to let her know.
