    So glad I stopped at this location! Trey made my experience here such a pleasant one! He was so welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the services I needed. There was another gentleman there, I didn’t catch his name but he was wonderful as well. I highly recommend!

    This is the best UPS store in Atlanta. I have no idea how they have anything less than a 5-star rating from anyone. Service is great, always super timely. Even when it's crowded, they work through lines quickly. They help you out if you need something like to print or tape. I go out of my way to come here.

    Beware of this franchised UPS Store. They do Not honor their money back guarantee. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank after the store tried to pass the refund responsibility to UPS corporate even after I received a refund approval case # from UPS corporate. When I explained this to the franchised UPS Store in person, they disregarded me. When i called the store and tried to give them the UPS return approval reference #, they hung up on me. Also, the notary charges $10 per stamp, which is illegal in the State of Georgia. Per GA law, a notary can only charge $2 per notarial act. I plan to notify the GA notary commission of the notary's violation of the law. AVOID THIS STORE.
