According to the numerous complaints about him on their Yelp listing I am evidently not alone. I came in 12/14/25 around 2:00 PM to ship ink cartridges, a shipment I send about once a month with UPS as a long time customer. There was nobody else in the store except Will and he looked at me with disgust and angrily said "How can I help you". I went through the same steps I always do, giving him the package -which he said I would have to purchase a box for, first time that's happened but okay no problem- The charge is always the same no matter what, around $14. I noticed there was a service charge of $4.00 added to the original $13 to ship. I simply asked him what that additional fee was for and immediately started raising his voice at me and yelling insults!! I was in complete shock!! I tried to diffuse the situation by remaining calm and trying to calm him down but he went on about how "My people make him sad, and he is so sad for me" as he is yelling at me and staring me down. I was scared and wanted it to end so I paid my total and let him know this customer service was not appreciated after he told me several times there was nothing added to my bill in addition to the shipping charge. There were multiple other comments I will not mention here that he hurled at me as we ended the transaction. I got to my car and noticed on the receipt there WAS a $4.00 service charge added to my bill, so I calmly walked back in to ask if he could just let me know what is was for? I was met with hatred and racism as he raised his voice again at me and said You know what I'm just going to do this and refunded me my money and gave my package back. After reading the additional complaints other customers have made regarding his racist and hateful behavior, I will be filing complaints with UPS Franchise Corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and the City of Atlanta. Will should not be allowed to operate a store for a company who holds their employees to such positive standards, he Does NOT represent what UPS stands for.
