I waited 10 mins (when there is no other customer there) to get a few pages of a document printed. And when I asked the agent to handle my paper with care not to winkle them, she was listening to me, but then that person in charge was like, oh no she’s not wrinkling it. Ma’am, I asked very nicely and the other person was receptive so I’m not sure where you got on your high horse trying to be defensive. And yes the pages were wrinkled and that’s why I asked. And when I asked to have my email deleted because it contains proprietary information, she said, it’s fine you are good to go. Wow, you don’t listen to your customer at all, huh. I’m not here to take your attitudes. How hard is it to delete the email as requested or give detailed information as to what’s going to happen. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
