I was there for 20 minutes and they printed portrait instead of landscape and then were rude to me as though I did something wrong. I told them I wanted landscape and then never saw them again for 20 minutes. When it printed off, I said I needed this in landscape and the person at the desk said, “She doesn’t like it and wants us to redo it.” Huh? It has nothing to do with liking it or not liking it, I just needed it the way I asked for it. I do a ton of printing for my business. Go to FedEx. They’re much more helpful.

The staff are extremely nice and careful and even when I have to wait they do their best to keep the line moving, helping multiple folks at once. My only complaint is how often the UPS trucks block Peachtree Street. Its dangerous for other drivers and bikers and creates the precedent that people can just pull over and block traffic.
