She attempted to charge me for a service that is normally free, and when I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction, she laughed in my face instead of addressing the issue respectfully. I am usually very satisfied with the service at this location and have always had positive interactions with the staff, which is why this experience was so shocking. I had never seen this employee before and am not sure if she is new, but her behavior was completely unacceptable and reflected very poorly on the company. I hope management looks into this situation, as this type of attitude should not be tolerated in a customer-facing role.
