Everyone here I have encounter here on both of my trips has been rude, and lackluster I came to open a mailbox which I habe done in the past for years . I just moved to this area. Silly of me thinking the customer service and professionalism would be like in Roswell. The young lady with stars on her face only looked at me when she opened the door. I spoke with her and educated her on what I needed she had her back to me straightened up stick. I educated her I came by sunday and the gentleman told me the manager has to open the box. So I return today she said the manager is in the back mind you I see an older lady vacuuming in the back. After Star Girl finally recognized my presence and strolls with the urgency of molasses to the back she returns and says " IDK where the manager went she's not back there.. I had Kill Bill Red Eyes.. so I removed myself and won't be back I hate that the two locations I had in East Cobb and Roswell spoiled me with what customer service really is. THIS foolishness here is trash and you can tell when you come in it doesn't look organized, vibrant, or any welcome feelings. So if this is not a corporate store and an Owner Operator the Owner has given up . I'll find another location hopefully I'm not met with the same nonchalant, unwillingness to do your damn job.
