Went in to drop off some Amazon returns, and the staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was a kind gentleman with a beard) was patient as I pulled up the QR codes and even warned me about some issues he's seen with Amazon returns lately. Encouraged me to take a picture of my receipt just in case, which is going the extra mile to care for the customer. Fantastic service!
