- TTTatted Society TVNov 23, 20255.0I had to come leave a review for TRAVIS at this store #0974. TRAVIS was so extremely helpful and informative with all Of my concerns , issues , and questions. I went in with several returns from 2 different vendors. Also was very frustrated from just discovering another package had been stolen, not to mention as I was standing at the counter trying to email him my shipping label, the email was asking him to sign in, I had to resend it twice , and then I had to take a business call which prolonged my process. Travis through all this was super Patience , supportive letting me know there were no worries and also informed me of the post office box service offered at this location that gives you an actual physical mailing address. Travis also managed , as my receipt was printing to offer me another number to UPS to assist in help resolve my stolen package issue. Though other customers started coming in , h still remained calm very organized got me taken care of. and wished me a great day and I was outta there . This is what you call Excellent customer SERVICE! If I were a secret shopper he would get a 100 and N A++ for this store. From the greeting throughout til the good bye have a great day, COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Travis! Thank you for being there. You are truly an asset .
