I wish I could give 0 stars. The employees here are very rude and unprofessional. I came here to return a package to Amazon and when I got there the lady told me I needed a box, I told her I paid for a box with my return label and showed her the receipt. The guy behind the counter literally said to me in front of the other employee and other customers, “well Amazon never actually pays us that so we don’t give out the boxes. You will have to bring it in the box it came in.” Which I have long thrown away by now unfortunately. So I then asked the employee helping me at the register, “okay, do you have a box I can buy to ship this in?” And she literally said to me, “you don’t want to buy our boxes they are expensive.” So, they quite obviously did not want to help me at all, and even tried to convince me not to make a purchase. I will never be back here, this was just such a weird and rude encounter.

Absolute HARD pass. I gave this location a second chance after they ripped me off once a few months ago when I tried to mail a package (was told it was $240 to mail it; went to FedEx on N Decatur Road and they mailed it for $42). This time, I mailed a package that couldn’t have weighed more than 5 or so pounds and the size of a box that could hold a vinyl record in it. They presented 5 options and charged me $93, assuring me this was the cheapest and best option. I was shocked and asked her to double check the prices. I needed to catch a flight and it was a holiday package so I ended up just mailing it. Out of curiosity I called the post office and looked online and everything I was told or found indicated that I shouldn’t have paid more than $25 and that even $50 would be on the “really high end.” This is just a disappointment because this is my neighborhood UPS store! I left feeling ripped off and disgruntled to say the least. Management - feel free to reach out on this one!

Will never ship from this store. I went last week and they said the cheapest price is ~$80. I said i routinely use UPS and it doesn't cost more than $30. The store person said prices have increased. I was in hurry and shipped. This week i had to go again to ship a small package and they said it will cost ~$40. I did not ship and went to another UPS which shipped the same package for less than $20 for same delivery day.

My experience with UPS has been incredibly frustrating. Packages that are supposed to arrive at my home keep showing up opened and re-sealed with clear tape, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the most recent package was stolen during the delivery process, making the situation even worse. It’s not even about the financial loss — it’s about the lack of care, reliability, and professionalism. It’s disappointing that a company whose only job is to deliver packages can’t manage to do it properly. Customers deserve better than this level of incompetence. I no longer trust UPS with my deliveries.
