  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! The team was efficient, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. A special shoutout to Felecia, who went above and beyond to help me out. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Excellent customer service—thank you, Felecia! I’ll definitely be returning for all my shipping needs.

  The worst UPS experience I’ve ever had. The woman at the counter was so incredibly rude and dismissive. She was more concerned about checking others out than helping me ship my package (which is now lost). She was careless and seemed annoyed whenever I tried to correct her about details regarding my package. She didn’t seem to care that my package needed an actual box, and didn’t ask me if I wanted insurance on my package. I would never come back here and don’t recommend this location to anyone. Even when I called the store to have them file a claim, the man who answered once again seemed more concerned about checking people out at the register for the convenience store, rather than helping me. This UPS is a joke. I visited on 11/24 at noon. There were also things misspelled on my shipment receipt, after I corrected her multiple times. This UPS seems more concerned about being a convenience store than an actual UPS that handles packages. Definitely steer clear.
