  I want to take a moment to recognize The UPS Store at 6071 Old National Hwy for consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the professionalism and genuine care this team brings to every interaction. Ruhan, the owner, runs an exceptional operation; his leadership is clearly reflected in the way the store is managed and in the positivity of his staff. Maria, Jennifer, and Zakai are all incredible team members who go above and beyond for their customers. They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to step in and help with even the most detailed requests. On my recent visit, they helped me pack two boxes together, making sure everything was secure, properly protected, and ready for shipment. They didn’t rush the process; instead, they took their time to do it right, explaining each step and offering helpful suggestions along the way. That level of attention to detail and willingness to assist is rare nowadays. What really sets this location apart is its exceptional customer service. They consistently exceed expectations, whether it’s with packing, shipping, printing, or general assistance. They treat every customer with kindness, patience, and professionalism, truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This is a store that genuinely cares about its customers, and it shows in everything they do. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping, packing, and printing needs.

  This is my second time using the UPS store on Old National, and I have to say the customer service here is great ! Maria assisted me this time. Her customer service is top tier. She had such a friendly and professional disposition. Keep up the good work and positive energy Maria !

  The owner goes above and beyond for his customers. I will no longer go to any other locations after my visit today. Owner Ruhan greeted me as soon as I entered the store. I had a very large sign that was an awkward measurement that I needed packaged to the degree that it could be checked on a plane all the way to Paris. He didn't hesitate to help me. He figured out how he could package it using two of his largest art boxes. He was fantastic and made sure it was taped up WELL and protected for the ride. He even was thoughtful enough to ask me if I was in a hurry or not because he wanted to get it done right. Definitely go to his location if it's convenient enough for you, but honestly, I've been to others around ATL and his location is the best by far. Thank You Ruhan for your help and patience and hardwork making sure I left your store with what I came in for. You will see me again for sure!

  I was so worried about heading to this location as im a new UPS costumer and my experiences at other locations have not been the best. As soon as I stepped into this location, I was immediately greeted by the respectful nice young ladies there! Great service. Great help. Got everything that I needed in a fast helpful manner! Highly recommend coming here and seeing Ms. Maria and Ms. Jennifer!
