- JBJason BrownFeb 18, 20261.0After making a confirmed appointment 4 days in advance for notary services, taking time off from work, and paying to park, I was told the notary wasn't there. I provided both my email, and my phone number when the reservation was made. The only communication from this business was email confirming the reservation and reminding me of the appointment. Things happen. I understand that, but letting a customer waste time and money instead of making a 1 minute phone call to cancel is difficult to understand.
