    $25 fee for picking up my package. Told the associate UPS charges $7.99 online. She explained UPS Store is a different company. If it wasn’t a high ticket item I would’ve told em never mind. Just return it. DON’T DO IT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

    Visited this location around 10:00 AM this morning and left feeling completely disheartened by the level of service. Upon entering the store, I greeted the three employees present with a simple “good morning,” yet no one acknowledged me or returned the greeting. Unfortunately, I then had to interact with Mrs. Anita, the elderly employee. Her demeanor was shockingly rude and unpleasant—so much so that it negatively impacted my entire morning. I politely asked her, not once but twice, if she was okay and whether she was having a good day, and I received no response at all. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I am a frequent customer at this UPS location and typically have positive interactions with the younger staff members. I rarely have to deal with Mrs. Anita, and after this experience, I sincerely wish to keep it that way. It is troubling that someone with such a hostile and distasteful attitude represents this establishment. It also raises concerns about the example being set for the younger employees and whether this creates an uncomfortable work environment for them. As a customer who simply came in to conduct routine business, this interaction was deeply unpleasant and left me feeling unappreciated. I am now seriously considering taking my business to another UPS store across town, where customer service appears to be more welcoming and respectful.

    My package was delivered to this UPS Store on December 6, 2025. I went to pick it up on December 8th, and the employee assisting me could not find it. She took my phone number and said she would research it and call me back. I waited five days and never received a call. I returned the following week and spoke with the owner/manager, who also could not locate my package. She again took my number and promised to follow up. Another week and a half passed with no communication. The day after Christmas, I was finally told my package had been found but was coded incorrectly in their system. Despite this being their mistake and after weeks of inconvenience, I was told I had to pay a $25 fee to release my package. When I calmly and respectfully asked the manager to waive the fee due to their error, she responded, “If I refund you this fee, I’d have to refund the $25 for all drug dealers as well.” This comment was completely inappropriate and offensive. My package was a legitimate Nike purchase, and there was no justification for such a remark. This location shows poor communication, mismanagement, and highly unprofessional behavior from management. I do not recommend this UPS location. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly managed.
