I’ve been to that store several times and the employees are always polite. The lines are long sometimes but they move pretty fast. Nice spot!

Anytime I go here, I pray I don't get the old lady with the blond'ish died hair. I've seen her on so many occasions with a nasty unwelcoming attitude. Yesterday I watched her stand straight with a stiff face, rolling her eyes at the customer she was supposedly helping. The customer (an even older woman) wasnt rude, was having an issue with something on her phone she needed for the transaction. The UPS lady just stood there watching, didn't offer assistance or anything. Kept looking around at the other reps, rolling her eyes at everything! She was obviously bothered. She needs to go ahead and retire if she hates her job that much. And don't ask me to call or email the store manager to discuss because I believe she is the one reading and commenting on these reviews. Yesterday wasnt a one off day, this is always and we the customers in the area are tired of her attitude! I'd much rather call corporate to ensure they take care of her.

The worst customer service Symphonie was AMAZING and extremely helpful however the more mature employee ( maybe the owner) was very rude there was an open computer I'm holding packages and you just stare at me no greeting or anything. You NEVER know who's in your store treat EVERYONE the same. Sincerely, A former customer 😊

I visit this store frequently to make Amazon returns and I am always met with an attitude from an older woman who works at the store. She NEVER smiles or tries to be friendly. The younger staff members are great but I always hate having to interact with the one older woman (not the owner) because her attitude is just terrible. Why work for the store if you don't want to be there? It makes me want to go in a different direction entirely.

Rude and Unprofessional Service This was my first—and definitely my last—visit to this UPS Store. I came in to return a company laptop using a QR code provided by my employer. The instructions clearly stated that the clerk needed to log into a UPS business portal and follow the workflow before scanning the QR code. Instead, the old clerk at the counter refused to read the instructions, tried scanning once, and immediately dismissed me. She was rude, unhelpful, and made zero effort to resolve the issue or even understand it. Whether it was poor training, incompetence, or plain laziness, it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. She confirmed every negative stereotype about customer service in this area. If you need reliable help or basic courtesy—go to a different UPS location.
