Wanted three sheets of labels printed. Alexis wouldn’t allow me to print labels on their printers by myself and told me the print time was 2 days even though the job would have taken <5 min. I offered to pay for an expedited job and was refused.

I went in this location to pick up a DoorDash order. These people were so rude. I could not get any help. The black lady with the big eyelashes act as if I was annoying her by asking for assistance. She finally bought it out and it was the wrong one. She don’t wait to see if I needed a different one or could use a substitute. She just walked away. I walked around the store for another 16 minutes practically begging for help. DoorDash starts calling me. It wa mess. When I finally got dead I go help me, she actually went to the back and boom the correct one was there. So the lady with big eyelashes didn’t even care to look and give me the right one. I spent 30 minutes in the store for this / item. Don’t waste your time.

I had the pleasure of getting Natoya as my cashier today. She helped ring up my $1000+ purchase and kept such a positive attitude the whole time. She packed everything I had neatly into brown paper bags and was very patient when I had to run back into the store to grab last minute things. Also a special shout out to Judy! She was so kind to me and found a couple of speakers for me that were in the stock room. All three of us were having a great time with lots of laughs and words of encouragement. By the end, we found out the we're all Sagittarius. So it's no wonder we all got along so well. If I could give them more stars I would!

Natoya could not have been better. She was the most friendly and helpful cashier on the planet. She made a mundane shopping trip into something worth remembering! What a shining light She is!

Waited on hold for a total of 35 minutes, half of it waiting for them to answer and half after someone answered and put me back on hold. During that time I drove to the store, only to find out that they didn't even carry the size paper that I was looking for - at all. Manager on duty was apathetic and the only one in the short staffed store not actively helping customers while the line was about 8-10 people deep with only one cashier. Customer service starts at the top, and the top was NOT about it at this location. The only thing worse than shopping at this store would be working there.
