RXO delivered appliances for Lowe’s and damaged our property— putting a hole in the wall without notifying us. After filing a complaint, RXO only offered a Lowe’s gift card, leaving us to handle repairs ourselves. When we explained the gift card wasn’t practical, their employee Samantha falsely claimed we didn’t respond to calls (we replied to every message) and then ghosted us entirely. RXO ignored follow-ups for over two months, despite being CC’d on emails. Unprofessional service, dishonest communication, and a clear pattern of similar complaints online. Avoid Lowe’s or any retailer using RXO for deliveries.

I try to book the load with Tyler from Ohio to Michigan, he responded to me with pick up time and delivery time , I send him question about the rate, he sent me email back 700$ I told him I will take it he never replied back , they kept posting same load on Dat board over and over . This time I sent email to Keith he never replied me back , I mean what to say 🤷♂️

Worse logistics company!! I ordered a fridge from Sam's club. Delivery Time frame is basically all Day. Thursday At 8:30pm I was supposed to be next one to be delivered that day, Friday never happened either and now wants me to reschedule for Tuesday all day!! Bad customer service too!!

Shipper took 11 hours to load so was late to same day drop off. Literally impossible to contact anyone there. Been sitting here all day waiting for rescheduled appt and still no word. Email says rejected. Phone number on Google says it's medical alert!? Phone number on RC never answers. Nobody to text, email, or call. They're costing me days of pay. This company is absurd, unprofessional, and does not care about drivers or their families.
