    Not the best company/ recruiters to work with. You could be well qualified and they WILL NOT connect back with you after presenting a role to you. Also beware of recruiters submitting roles to you - telling you the company name - and then withdrawing your application because they “accidentally” told you the clients name. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.

    As a black creative professional, I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Sydney Royer. My experience with her was nothing short of a nightmare! From the start, Sydney reached out to me, boasting about an abundance of job opportunities that she claimed were perfect for someone of my background and skills. However, as our collaboration progressed, it became evident that my portfolio needed to be "white-washed" to cater to older corporate white individuals. This offensive request completely disregarded the value and authenticity of my work, leaving me questioning her respect for diversity and creativity. Throughout our interactions, Sydney displayed a shocking lack of integrity. After questioning her efforts on my behalf, she suddenly produced a single role she claimed to have found. I couldn't shake the feeling that she had not been actively pursuing opportunities for me, and her last-minute response only served to reinforce my suspicion. When I expressed my concerns about not hearing from her in months, Sydney tried to shift blame by suggesting that automated emails were being sent to me biweekly. This explanation felt evasive and further damaged my trust in her abilities as a professional recruiter. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior and prejudice, especially in a city that prides itself on being liberal and inclusive. The lack of diversity in recruitment is a significant issue, and encountering it firsthand only deepens the frustration. I will be filing a complaint with Atlanta Ethics Department.

    As a user of Robert Half's services, I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and follow-up. Despite sending several emails and trying to reach out to discuss placement opportunities, I have received no response from their team. It's frustrating to have a potential job opportunity slip away due to the negligence of a staffing agency. It feels like a complete waste of time and effort to engage with an agency that doesn't prioritize communication and responsiveness. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Robert Half for any staffing needs. There are plenty of other agencies out there that are more professional and reliable in their approach to business. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

    I have applied, emailed, LinkedIn job postings, done an interview with the recruiter Lauren Becker and she does not respond back to anything. Why post jobs if you’re not going to atleast respond to the job seekers. Very rude and unprofessional. I hope they hire better recruiters !

    Being between jobs and having stellar experience with temp agencies before, I thought going down that same path would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and especially communication of staff members have given the temporary employment field a bad name. In the beginning, I was contacted within 24 hours of submitting my resume via email by a recruiter. I completed the assessments within maybe 1-2 days of getting them. Then, nothing. I followed up via email and here was her reply: "Hi Christina! You are all caught up. I am just a little slow this week but you’re definitely on my radar. I hope to have something soon." Generic and I dont understand why her being "slow" is an acceptable response but at least she responded. Fast forward another entire month where I send an email asking if she needed any other information from me, are there jobs available, etc. and as of today (sent the email July 19th) no response. My issue isnt that they dont have work for me, it's that they are unprofessional and do not know how to communicate that information to prospective employees. If this is how they treat potential candidates, how much better would their clients treat us?
