  The team was really helpful, they are very friendly, so sweet.. they guide me little by little in every detail of my shipment. They use their phone to speak to me in spanish and they were very patient.

  I had a really great experience at DHL Express in Midtown. Jay went above and beyond to help us during our visit. She helped us unload items from the car, carefully assisted with packing everything properly, and gave us helpful guidance on which box sizes would work best for our belongings. Moving can be stressful, but she made the whole process feel easy and organized. She walked us through each step, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was secure and ready to ship. Her patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Jay, for making our moving day so much smoother!
