    We've partnered with Gene and the AK team for many years, and their consistency has been nothing short of exceptional. A while back, we briefly explored the "greener grass" offered by another provider & quickly realized the value AK brings and returned within the year. This year brought significant changes to our company, including shifts in management. Through it all, AK remained a steady and reliable presence, requiring no extra attention or adjustments to the outstanding service they continue to provide. Deeply appreciated.     I would stay away from this company. Our company started using AK this year. They did not enrollment in the correct level of Life Insurance as a take over which raises the GI to the prev amount. While that can just be a mistake ... I emailed our contact multiple times to get resolved and received no reply. They are even failing to reply to our HR team. A recent hire is having major issues with getting payroll setup and enrolled coverage correctly. Company offers no service or resolution path for issues.

    We use this company for our benefits. Team seems nice but total lack of follow up and timely updates to requests are lacking, at best. Only time I can get their team to respond is by CCing our contract signer on emails. Team doesn’t even know what current limits on HSAs are. And that’s their job to know…
