- EHErin HolmesFeb 7, 20261.0I never complain, especially about a business- I’m a teacher on the Eastside of Athens and it is hard to get by a store at all… I showed up at this location at 4:03 on Saturday, February 7, 2026 with my return scan code in hand on my phone, package in hand, and an older female customer still in the store fumbling around and could have printed my ticket and dropped it in the box within 20 seconds, but the girls working there wouldn’t even open the door and just rolled their eyes telling me, we are closed. The older woman didn’t leave until 4:12. Giving grace to someone costs nothing. Do better.

- SHStevie HaileJan 3, 20261.0terrible service. refused at the door because they thought they closed at four, but the sign on the door literally says five. extremely rude, telling leaving customers “not to let the people outside come in” as if all of us somehow can’t read the sign on the door that says 5:00. mr. ponytail came out and told us “we are closed new years and martin luther king day”. it is neither of those days. your manager was extremely rude and condescending. i hate to be a karen but this place sucks. insane behavior. 0 stars
