  Zero star I want to give! I personally handed my package to the staff, and it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, but there was no update at all. After 8 days, when I was about to file a claim, it finally showed progress—still stuck with them and not moving forward. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I hope they can hire more reliable staff. PLEASE!

  Fed ex said I was not here and sent me an email to to that effect. I've been here 2 days waiting on them. I have cameras too. No driver showed up whatsoever! My package is overdue and they lied about delivery. And no signature was required. So NO EXCUSE! Terrible service tells lies! THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY!

  They aren't honest (don't show up or attempt to deliver) and are clearly incompetent with tracking packages (have no idea where package is until my seller got involved and called 3 times).

  DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH FEDEX! I had a package that required a signature since they deliver while I’m at work so I had my package sent to my local dollar general. The package was dropped off but never updated but FedEx showing they delivered the package. You would also think that FedEx would have this updated in their system. So it showed that it was on hold at their distribution station in athens. I drove 50 miles round trip just to find out it was at that dollar general the whole time! I had already gone by there and the store employees seems clueless. I would avoid FedEx at all cost. Even the post office has a better system than FedEx. FedEx business model is running about 20 years behind. Maybe they should consult Amazon for advice. Probably the reason Amazon started thier own shipping system because of crap service like FedEx.

  Took the day off to get a package requiring a signature with ID. I walk outside to find a thing saying nobody was home. They did not knock or ring the door bell because if they did my three German Shepherds would have 100% let me know. I called customer service and they said "They will put a ticket in to see if they will come back". How about you make them come back and do their job. I see from the other reviews this location is trash.
