- ILIsaac LangJan 27, 20262.0Normally, I have a surprisingly pleasant experience at this Post Office. Before today, every clerk I encountered was perfectly pleasant and professional. Today, however, I shipped a fragile package. The word "fragile" was written on the package in two separate places in large bold print. I also indicated that my package was fragile on the payment terminal when prompted. The clerk—who I have not dealt with previously—looked directly at the "fragile" warning on my package and then quite literally threw it into the bin and threw other packages on top of it. This is such an extreme departure from what I am used to at this post office that I was genuinely shocked.

(or maybe it was just my luck to encounter this staff but…) staff was reluctant and rude at times when I needed help mailing my packages… also bring your tape along just in case because apparently they don’t provide tape and the staff gave me an attitude when she had to re-tape my box…also be wary that if you’re not a local they might treat you differently… thus the one star 😮💨
