- CTCharlythe TJul 10, 20251.0Robert - This is my first time dealing with the Athens location and to be honest I don't think I'll ever book a job threw this location again I have been trying to reach them for a week now no one picks up the phone they suspended my account for seven days I had been trying to reach out to them prior to let them no that on my way to the job my car completely broke down they took it as a no show and banned my account for 7days every other people ready branch I have dealt with have amazing communication you can always reach them this the only location that purposely sit in the office and do not pick up calls what I don't understand is there has been numerous complaints about this location why isn't corporate taking it serious these people are very unprofessional every single day I call these people they never answered luckily I'm in good with Mark at Augusta location he told me to wait until Monday to reach out to them on my behalf he was surprised that after I spoke to him 4 or 5 days prior about this location I have not got a hold of anyone no response to my email or anything what frustrating is how can this even be aloud to happen I've always shown up to my jobs for work and do a amazing job this one time I miss this job due to circumstances beyond my control I get suspended for 7 days this location does needs some rearranging by someone higher than them they see the calls the complaints they just don't care Mark informed me that I would have to contact them to lift the suspension once the 7 days are up and if I'm not able to reach them he would on my behalf why can't they be like the other people ready locations and just be professional
