- PLPhylisicia LundyNov 29, 20251.0They give you such a hard time with everything. I would suggest using a different service if you can. The hours for the full service is 10:30 am. I got there at 8 am because it says that on the website. They have no grace and were super rude about the inconsistency in times. There is this particular guy that gave me the worst experience of my life today. He was older, white haired, chubby and wore glasses. He made me feel like I was small, and had no compassion. I explained my situation and he assumed immediately that my character was in question, by “slowly” explaining how I should interact with the mail carriers when I encounter them. I know how to articulate and communicate professionally but I don’t need someone to talk to me the way he has today. I only wanted to know when carriers went out and why office hours were inconsistent. This is bad business on his part because he told me “he won’t be answering any of my questions.” I won’t use this service again and I suggest you use it with caution.
