  Had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with these young ladies. I was extremely impressed with the staff, attention to detail, quick turn around on service and neatness of the facility.Highly recommend for all of your printing needs.

  Hospitality is really not a strong suit sometimes with this company. Depending on who serves you the customer service is awful! A customer can be talked to with an "What do you want!" type of attitude. Sometimes a company can behave in such a manner because they are a hometown company which has been in business for quite sometime; however this does not give anyone the right to be rude. They are an extension of FED-EX and I used this company to send something. I asked for a receipt and was told ,"We don't give receipts." When I explained that it was imperative that I have something acknowledging that they received what I had to be given to FED-EX, the clerk rudely stated, "I said we don't give receipts, just leave the box and have a good day" and proceeded to walk off. Another clerk was there and saw the disgust on my face and tried to smooth it over and say, " I am sorry but at this time we don't give receipts, but FED-EX will get your package." I thanked the clerk and left. Please remember to treat your customers with respect and professionalism.
