Hate to say it but “God, is it really that difficult to get some good customer service at a US postal office!?” The attendant was literally over the day! I had to get a change of address verification done. She scanned the paper and said “ohh yes, this is expired you have to do it all over again.” As quickly as she saw that after the scan she turned around and started carrying some boxes and doing some stuff away from the desk. Little to no contact (it gave a “next” vibe, like she was totally over it). I said “ok, how do I file a new change of address?” From back where she was at she said “you just have to go in the website… we don’t have ….(mumbling) forms over here.” So basically, they were out of whatever forms they needed and she basically just gave me the cold shoulder and said to figure it out on the website. Literally very little people skills! Something else I noticed is that there is 0 diversity in this office. On Wednesday at 5pm, only 1 race was represented. That definitely surprised me. I love people and truly expected better customer service at this branch!

The place is horribly managed. The employees are rarely there and the one that is just sits and talks the whole time. I was told to come back twice in a day to get a money order cashed, missed work, and the supervisor could care less. Why do we pay these people if they dont come to work?
