- NSNatalie Sarasty1 day ago1.0Ridiculous that the website says passport walk in hours 12-2pm on Saturdays, but when you walk in they will tell you, you had to come in at 8am that morning to grab a ticket to then come back at 12pm to wait. No where do they mention this practice. Waste of my time.

She is very detail-oriented and extremely friendly and pleasant! Something that I had been worried about, was made extremely simple, easy and surprisingly quick. Oh thanks to Rose! If you're looking to get your passport done in the Alpharetta Roswell area, I strongly encourage you to make an appointment at the Webb bridge at post office with rose.

It’s been weeks still wasn’t successfully entered today is March 23,2026 now I have to go back there. Sucks these usps workers are horrible had I got her name I would when reproted her to her to the attorney general for inconveniencing me. I’m very upset

Because my eyesight is not good, even though I had a prepaid small package, I asked the front desk to help scan it. Right in front of me, the staff member threw my package into the small-package container, which was extremely upsetting. I chose to remain silent at the time. When it came to rating the staff’s attitude, I only selected a neutral review. Before I left, the staff member even said “Have a nice day” and reminded me to use the self-service area next time. I was truly disappointed by her behavior. We are both middle-aged adults—would she accept being treated this way if she were outside of her workplace and receiving service from someone else?
