I had to do a return in the middle of a rain, sleet, snowstorm. The thoughtfulpostslvworker held the door open for me and a kind women behind greeted me with a warm welcome. I hadn’t realized that I had forgotten to tape up the package but the lady helping me assured me she would take care of everything. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but the transaction took place at 3:24 on Monday, March 16th. She was kind, helpful and efficient. I will definitely be back there again!
