Took a chance that maybe they weren't closed. The owner saw me and hurried to open the door. Said he was closed but immediately took my package and said "no problem, let's get this sent" and smiled! It was so gratifying to work with someone willing to go the extra mile. He saved me a return trip and is now my goto UPS store.
