When I arrived, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m not sure what the arrangement is between Amazon and Staples, but it honestly felt like the employees did not want to handle Amazon returns at all. I also had an item in hand that I intended to purchase, and I was immediately told to move to the cashier to pay for it. However, as soon as I was directed back to the “Amazon return” line, I ended up waiting for a very long time with no assistance. The process felt disorganized, and the customer service was poor. If this location is unwilling to support Amazon returns in a professional manner, it may be better for them to opt out of the program, as the experience ended up being a waste of everyone’s time.
