  Lazy and not helpful staff. Lady working the front has an attitude with her AirPod in on her phone and does not help at all.

  It’s clear the Delivery guy gave my package to the wrong people, then after talking to them he went back and now they are saying it was sent back to sender with no way of knowing if it actually was then the delivery guy lied and said the place he dropped it off was the name of my company which was false … this facility is very unprofessional and that is not good when you are dealing with people’s business, and belongings…… this facility needs to be looked into and changes need to be made this shit is sad………somebody needs to be held accountable

  You should hire more people. It doesn’t make sense for one person to work with seven people while we sit and wait for half an hour.
