- KBKedric BarrettMar 27, 20261.0I wish I could give this place zero stars as they are terrible and horrible with customer service. I attempted to use print and go and the system kept crashing and the manager was a jerk about helping me and refused to print it behind the counter. It’s not my fault the system for self service was not working properly. I needed my medical documentation printed that’s it. I won’t ever be back. FedEx used to carry a higher standard but not so much anymore.

- BEBraceface ericMar 12, 20261.0I had a interview scheduled for 2:45 and I arrived at 2:50 due to traffic I was standing in line for 10 minutes and the employee I spoke with talked with her “supervisor” and apparently the supervisor accused me of being 15 minutes late and wouldn’t speak with me, had side conversations with the employee I was speaking with instead of having a conversation with me, I wouldn’t recommend this store at all, bad service, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all.
