  There was an older front-desk staff member here with a very poor attitude. Because my eyesight is not good, even though I had a prepaid small package, I asked the front desk to help scan it. Right in front of me, the staff member threw my package into the small-package container, which was extremely upsetting. I chose to remain silent at the time. When it came to rating the staff’s attitude, I only selected a neutral review. Before I left, the staff member even said “Have a nice day” and reminded me to use the self-service area next time. I was truly disappointed by her behavior. We are both middle-aged adults—would she accept being treated this way if she were outside of her workplace and receiving service from someone else?

  I had the worst experience a few weeks ago. I was expecting a package, got a message stating package delivered Jan 9th. After looking around my house & checking with my neighbors, package never received. Contacted the co to inform package was not delivered. I visited this post office and spoke with the supervisor Nate. He advised me "will look for the package, because it reflects in the system, that they have it." I was told by Nate he would deliver it to me himself. Needless to say, it never happened. Took off from work the next day. I went back to the post office. I spoke with Nate again, who informed "still looking, this is what he does (look for packages)." He gave me his number to follow up. Made the call. He's still giving excuses.To this day, Feb 7th, still no package. Nate is non trustworthy. I will not do anymore business with this location. I see why their rating is a 2.7. It should be a 1.0.

  Seems like most of these reviews are only from people who had an unpleasant experience so I need to leave a review to praise everyone at this post office! I made an appointment online for my passport and arrived 10 mins early as indicated. I was greeted immediately and told to go sit and someone would come get me. I waited maybe 5 mins before I was called. The passport lady was very nice and accommodating. I wasn't sure how to do the money orders ahead of time but she handled everything for me right there (has to be paid with a debit card). Also got my passport photo done right there too. She answered my questions and helped me determine the best way to ship to get everything in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Just be sure that you have all your documents and passport application filled out ahead of time (check travel.state.gov website for this info) and make an appointment for the fastest service. She said they do walk-ins at specific times and it's not too busy during the week (not sure of walk in times) but I'd recommend just making an appointment for the fastest service. I have no complaints about this P.O. at all! Everyone here is nice and they get things done quickly and efficiently!

  I check the ratings of different USPS around me and came to this one which have the highest. You feel good when you walk in and the ladies at the counter are friendly. The vibe is good!
