Regularly assess additional unposted charges for printing return labels, which is not been my experience at any other UPS Store location. Choose FedEx location instead or make the trip elsewhere.

I simply went in to get a document notarized and rep Apparently notarizes the documents and was sitting back behind the counter in the corner, listening to some social media video came over and immediately said since you’re not a customers, we won’t do it. I tried to explain that I’m new to town and I am a customer of UPS and I ship a lot of stuff UPS and I am not asking this service for free. I’m just asking for a service that you advertise to offer. They said nope, so I drove 1.8 miles down the road and got my documents notarized at the next closest UPS store. Once done, I gladly paid the $24 service fee and actually set up my new account while there. So, unless you really need a service in the worst way, I highly discourage you to visit this location. It’s truly unbelievable. And by the way, I have probably given one or two of these on line critiques on line in my entire life. So, it must be pretty bad.
