The officer told me she forgot her sealing, so the other notary will arrive at 2:00 pm. She recommended me to go to the Pubix shop near by. I came back at 2:15pm and the other notary did not arrive. The officer called her (not in front of me) coming with the excuse that the other notary is stucked in traffic. I really got mad, instead having this done in 5 minutes I wasted 35 minutes. I won't come ever to this office again!
