  Arguably, handling Amazon shipments isn’t a great business to be in (the margins are thin and the work is transactional). But when customer drop‑offs aren't handled with basic courtesy, you end up with reviews like this. The aging father is consistently polite and often goes the extra mile, but the son needs to recognize that customers aren’t expecting white‑glove service. They’re simply looking for everyday professionalism.

  I went 2 times for my Passport pictures and for sending all the paper. The guy who take care of us is great, professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommended this store

  So I have a package that has to go out today get to this store at 1:50pm and the place is closed up and lights are out and sign on door clearly says closes at 2pm on saturday's this is very poor business so now i'm screwed have to go somewhere else on my day off on monday and thats 2 days the package doesn't get processed now where is the owner of this store?
