Aiden was so helpful to my mom and I with all the various service requests we had (document scanning, sending back items, printing etc) and was so great to work with. We threw so many requests and questions his way and he was so gracious about it all. Would definitely recommend this UPS to anyone!

We had to move our headquarters and change our address, and he continues to help with the mail graciously. The entire staff is the nicest UPS Store staff I have come across. Highly Recommend.

When I called to adjust the price I was told that due to weather the price would not be adjusted. While I understand delays happen I do not think I should pay next day prices for a delivery 2 or 3 days later. Moving forward we will be using the FedEx store down the road.
