Very cold experience and no customer service at all. Entering this particular store is just a bad experience which makes you want to choose another store next time.

Well in the past 4 months, 2 shipped cellphones never made it to their delivery address. We just noticed that our carrier just charged us for an unreturned cellphone that we shipped from this location. This will be our second claim. Someone there has sticky fingers!! Never going there again!!!! This place needs to be investigated
