Came 15 minutes before closing last weekend for notary service with my husband and daughter. He (the franchise owner) told us “the notary left two hours prior.” Came back today only to find out HE is the notary. Clearly didn’t remember me from the weekend prior. Bold face lied to us because he didn’t want to be bothered right before closing. Seriously?! Took our notary and all future business elsewhere.
