So UPS restructured, I no longer have a dropbox in our office complex, and the Roswell location closed to customers. What an inconvenience, right? I was fortunate to find this new UPS Store location. Zac and his staff are welcoming and willing to assist their customers in any way. They are great! I do not miss my previous UPS standards at all. Everything about this UPS Store deserves 5 stars. You won't regret any business you conduct here.

Recently left the store just a few moments ago and had an interesting experience with the actual owner. My wife went in before me to get a paper notarized and she had a valid government ID, which would be her passport. He said that her visa was expired, but she said I’m not showing you my visa I’m showing you my passport which is valid because then proceeded to ask her for her green card. Which I thought was highly inappropriate. She said she currently is in the process of getting her green card which is true and it’s actually been approved and has been processed and is in the mail and should arrive in our mailbox in less than seven days but that’s none of his business or anybody’s business what is his business is the fact that she did provide a government issued ID to get something Very simple notarized. I looked up the Georgia state law, and it states this: Georgia notaries follow O.C.G.A. § 45-17-8. The only requirement for the signer is proper identification. Proper ID = government-issued photo ID (passport, foreign passport, driver's license, consular ID, etc.). There is no requirement for immigration status, green card, or legal residency to have a document notarized. I tried to show him, but he didn’t seem that interested in looking and then he said it was really his discretion on whether he notarize something or not so I asked him he was just being simply rude on purpose and he said no, and then I asked for his store number, as well as the stores phone number which I will be following a complaint with UPS corporate seeing how these are all franchises of the company. Super sad cause my dad actually worked for UPS corporate for 33 years and I thought it was a great company although I know you can’t dictate who actually owns and operates a franchise. Obviously would not be coming back here. It’s not my typical UPS store, but I thought I’d take a shot and I guess I chose wrong.
