  This is a fantastic store. I use UPS almost daily for my business. Zack and his staff have been nothing but professional and are always ready to help me with my shipping and printing. This particular UPS Store location has my full endorsement! Thanks for all of your help!

  This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store - and shockingly, it was delivered by the owner himself (his name starts with a “Z"). I came in to return four Amazon items that arrived in the wrong color. Although they were shipped separately, Amazon issued ONE return code for the entire return, which I confirmed on my phone while standing at the counter. The owner immediately refused to help and insisted I needed four separate labels. When I calmly explained that Amazon had not provided them, he became rude, dismissive, argumentative, and openly contemptuous. He talked over me, showed zero interest in understanding the situation, and made no attempt whatsoever to help. What makes this experience indefensible is that the issue had a simple, obvious solution - and the owner admitted it. When I asked if taping the boxes together would work, he said yes. WHEN I ASKED IF HE - the UPS STORE OWNER, with MULTIPLE DISPENSERS AVAILABLE TO HIM - HAD TAPE, HE SAID NO. When I asked if buying tape myself would resolve it, he again said yes. So let’s be crystal clear: The solution existed The solution was acceptable The owner knew it And he chose not to offer it Instead, he chose repeated arrogance, obstruction, and hostility. By that point, his behavior was so unprofessional and unpleasant that I walked out without completing the return - not because it couldn’t be done, but because I refused to be treated that way. This wasn’t a policy issue. This wasn’t an Amazon issue. This wasn’t a UPS issue. ***This was an owner with a severe attitude problem who appears to have forgotten that customer service is literally the business he owns.*** If you value being treated with basic courtesy - or even basic competence - avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of UPS Stores run by people who understand professionalism. This is not one of them.

  Zach did such a great job on our church banner! Terrific follow up and super fast print job (done in 2 hrs!). He truly cares about his customers.

  The best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I own a business and shipped over 10 boxes of different sizes and weights. Zach helped me throughout the process and he was kind and patient. All the customers are familiar with him as well. It’s freshening to see the community support this store. I will definitely return to this UPS store when we travel to Georgia for events. Definitely recommend.
