  This logistics company is absurd!!! If I had a choice, I'd never use them again, but they are third party. Ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's, and they arrived for delivery, and refused to do it. Their first excuse was its too big, first lie because we have the same dimensions refrigerator already in the house. Then they realized it, and came up with the excuse that our steps were slippery because if the rain. The steps are wood!! Told the manager, we moved in and walk up them every day with no issues, and her reply was well that different than carrying a heavy appliance. How do you think we got our HEAVY furniture in the home. Then when you call lowes directly, they apologize and say its been a long going issue with this company only!!! Now we have no refrigerator, my daughter has no milk or food, and my wife, who's type 1 diabetic can't refrigerate her insulin, and all they can say is sorry, with no regard to human life!

  Would not deliver as promised. They said our fridge would not fit. We have the same fridge already in the house. They went back out to their truck to come up with another excuse and came back and said on its raining we cant we will get hurt. Its sprinkling outside!!! Then told us they could come back saturday or Sunday. (Its friday). Now they are saying monday. We'll what if it rains monday? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX! THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE 1 STAR REVIEWS EDIT: After speaking with someone on the team who actually knew what they were doing and cared about their clientele, she got to the bottom of it and we had our fridge delivered the next day(saturday). The guys(not the same as before) that delivered were very kind and respectful.

  Abusive broker. They deduct claims from small trucking companies where the broker made a mistake and the carrier did nothing wrong. Then management hides and doesn’t come to discuss amicable resolution.

  This company called my office twice to schedule the delivery. Their drivers do not touch the freight at all. They want to make that very clear. I scheduled my delivery of 22 skids that weight 1,160 lbs each for a day I had extra muscle. The truck showed up a day early.It took the driver 20 minutes to back the truck up to the dock. They do not speak English either. I would not use this company for state to state deliveries.

  They are great. When a broker tells you one thing, he do it. Pay is always in very fair time. When you have a problem, they solve it right away.
