- JTJessica TommyJul 17, 20251.0I like to think that certain locations might be better than others but it seems like Robert Half as a whole is a terrible staffing agency. The reason why I wanted to utilize Robert Half was that I thought they could help me get a job instead of me doing it independently through LinkedIn. I always call to get more info on a job and when the receptionist tells me the name of the person over the position and transfers me over, I'm always forced to leave a voicemail which they never get back to. What's the point of Robert Half anyways? You guys have way too many negative reviews to be the most recommended staffing agency. I'm not even going to try anymore with you guys.

Less than two weeks after submitting an application, I was contacted and had a virtual interview with Kolton. He was very focused on my career goals and finding the right opportunity for me. Shortly after our meeting, he lined up two interviews and was extended an offer from one employer. There was a very hands on approach and would recommend the agency to anyone looking to forward their career.

I applied the night before and the next day Kolton reached out to me. I was placed immediately in a position and the pay was more than I expected! When I had some personal issues come up, Kolton worked with me and communicated with their client. I was able to handle the personal issues and return to work. Very empathetic to my situation.
