  I had a great experience at my recent visit at Staples. The associate who assisted me with preparing my UPS package to be mailed was very friendly, patient & helpful. She alerted me that I had $10 in reward money that I could use.

  This store has the ability to copy, scan email for you, laminate.. they can even do the old timey of faxing. Etc. The only drawback, if the customer service is kind of so so. You have to hunt somebody down in order to get some help for that particular area. Otherwise most people are helpful, they're just hard to find.
