This has happened to me TWICE back to back. I wanted to put in a redelivery and they said I couldn't and it'd automatically go out the next day. The first time this happened a lady was kind enough to find the package for me. The second time this happened I received everything else EXCEPT for the package I anticipated the most. When I went down there a different woman was nonchalant and was rude. I've wasted money and time with these people and have learned to request them to hold the package at the location rather than go through this major inconvience. Their customer service and system is garbage.
- CGCurtis GibsonJul 21, 20251.012 days post office claims that it was delivered regular driver was off that means substitute driver i just done my own investigation if the driver used gps it takes u to the dunes common sense Sylvester hwy on the package why delivered i know why gps Been dealing with it to long why does the driver scan the package and not deliver I had package saying delivered on the porch check camera and everything go to post office the next morning and they say oh it be there today you can't track a package after it been scanned every time I do go up there package don't show up the next day obviously filling out complaints doesn't work what next step driver should be hold accountable don't scan something if not delivered
